Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - So far today I have eaten, breakfast - raisen bran w/ 1% milk: 200 cal. Lunch - 1/2 cup keylime lowfat yogurt - 230 cal, and 1 cup shell noodle things without butter. 210 cal. Calorie intake so far - 640. That's good for lunch & breakfast right? I hope so. Later I will be biking, and drills for tennis/practice with my mom.

raisin bran has high fructose corn syrup in it. high fructose corn syrup = bad.

yeah, just make sure your eating more fruits and veggies =)
