Ht. 5'7, Wt. 274 - anyways I got 4-7 weeks before school starts and I am going to do the kellogos for breafast and a kellogs bar for brefast snack. For lunch imma have a slim fast shake and for luch snack imma have a friut or a snack and for dinner imma have a meal thats low in fat LOL and for my indulgment treat ( a Good snack) imma have 100 calorie packs or some baked chips!!!??? Umm how dis sound?? try for 4 weeks?

Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/12/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx that's gross!! and not healthy! it may make you lose weight but your not getting the nutrition that you need.t he best way to diet is to eat a healthy and well balanced meal. fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. cut back on sodium because that makes you retain water and you look bloated. sugar is also bad because it turns into fat, and since slimfast has a lots of sugar, you should stay away from that!
