Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - What seems better: doing two 1 hour periods at the gym a day or one 2 hour session?

Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 07/11/06 - IP#: 67.5.193.xxx Two 1 hour sessions because when you excercise it boosts your metabolism, so that way you can boost your metabolism twice.
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 07/11/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx 1000 calories seems about right. that's usually what i do, at least, when i go for about an hour and a half. i would try to do it all in one session. However, if you are getting worn out towards the end, and cant go all out, it would probably it best to come back later, when you can go harder, if that makes sense? That is just my personal opinion, I really dont know what's best for you or any scientific information, or anything like that.
