Ht. 5'2, Wt. 170ish - Day 2 of my diet and I feel great. Breakfast...ceral and milk(300) Lunch...healthy choice(250) Iced Tea(0) Dinner...sandwhich(260) Chips (160) Pickles (10) Snacks..300--I had a grand total of around 1300 calories. I didnt do very much working out because i didnt want to overwork myself, I have 2 softball games tomorrow and its going to be over 100 degrees! So I went on a 20 min walk, half up hill. then i did some work on my arms with a medicine ball. Tomorrow is going to be a whole lot of sweat! Good luck Everyone!

Just remember 2 things: Calories are not the only thing you should be watching and all processed foods are really high in sodium. Make sure to drink lots of water.
