Ht. 5' 2'', Wt. NOW:150 G:130 - im officaly stuck in a rutt. i came here last august and well i have gained back 10pounds and i will be a freshman the end of august. Me and my current ex are in a huge fight over my freshman year (he is going to be a sophmore) cuz he does not want me to go to high school over weight so now im trying to lose weight but i cant get it to go away. I play soccer for 2 hours in the morning 4 days a week and swim laps at the pool twice a week. and sometimes more. i cut my eating down to alot less but i eat like 5 small meals a day but they arnt always small:( and that sucks do you have any advice to help me lose the extra weight buy like septemberish?
Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/12/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx 5 meals a day is great...IF they are small meals!! you want to be eating around 1500 calories a day. (multiply your weight times 10) You can have bigger meals. and in between meals have some small snacks. like yogurt or almonds or something. fruit is always good. also, drinking lots of water fills you up, and i've found drinking tea to be pretty filling to. try some green or black tea, (green tea tastes better) it has good caffeine and helps speed up your metabolism!! good luck! Reply from Mandy, Age 13 - 07/12/06 - IP#: 71.221.35.xxx Your exercise is great, but you need to eat less! drink lots of water because it fills you up. Eat 3 healthy meals a day, and maybe 2 fruit/veggie snacks in between.
