Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 350 - Ok, Whats a lowcalorie breakfast, but something that will make me feel full? Breakfast is the worst time of day for me because when I try to eat something healthy like a yogurt, I just end up being hungry an hour or 2 later.

Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/13/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx i like smoothies!!! just throw some strawberries, bannanas, a lil low fat milk and ice into the blender and you got an awesome filler!! you can make it alot by adding more ice.. so it's a big drink, but not much really but ice! hah.. but it's still got fruit and calcium, which is awesome for helping to lose weight! don't forget to have calcium!! you know what i love??! it's awesome yogurt that has like 60 calories.. it's called. danon light and fit! it's great!! and so much better tasting than that thick yoplait stuff
Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 07/13/06 - IP#: 68.109.21.xxx sometimes i have kashi meal bars or something of that sort... but now for breakfast i have been having 1 weight watchers yogurt smoothie and 1 cup cheerios.. you can replacethe cheerios with any cereal thats high in fiber (kashi cereal is good) and you can also have some fruit with it to if you'd like.
