Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - Ok. I am officially starting today. I really want to be about 175, or maybe even a few pounds less, by the start of school. So for breakfast today I had a weight watchers yogurt smoothies (80 cals), 1 cup of cheerios (dry, 110 cals) and water. I'm babysitting till i have no idea when so ill excersice after that. anyway i just wanted to say good luck to everybody!

Sounds liie you're doing well! i was almopst the same weight at as you in feb (184) and lost 10 lbs already! you can do it! and ww stuff is great! don't forget to check out weight watcher's desserts too. i promise, they taste just like the real thing, especially the french cheescake and mudslide, yum!
