Ht. 5,5, Wt. *coughs* - did anyone see "made" on MTV where the girl wanted to lose weight and lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks? did u think she had 2 work extra hard to do that???

I saw it she was at like the no. 1 weight loss camp in the east coast of the US so she was defentally safe, also, she just started, and like from what I know she basically worked out 24/7 and was like 280 before she lost the 15.

I think it's unhealthy but she was a bit bigger and wasn't used to doing so much exercise that she could lose more than a smaller person

The "healthy" amount really does vary from person to person. Since she was on tv, she probably had a bunch of doctors and dietician watching everything she did, and not doing anything to harm her. If she was really big, losing 5 lbs would have been completely healthy, if she did it the right way.

Well it's different for some people. 'bigger' people can lose weight faster, because there body burns more calories than 'skinnier' people. I didn't see the episode, that's like 5 pounds a week and not healthy. I'm suprised they let it show on air, because it's just setting a bad influence. Some people are gonna think it's okay to lose that much lol.

yeah i saw that one actually i dont think she worked hard enough for how big she was she should have been able to lose much more
