Ht. 5'7, Wt. 155 - Alright guys my goal is anywhere between 120-135, i need to know how to lose weight off the hips or your thighs area, becuase that is the biggest part of me. I actually lost 25 before and gained it all back but now i'm on track now and ive lost 10 of that 15 and i'm dying to lose the last 15 pounds that i gained back to be back at 140 and i need some advice with what anyone of you have done to stay on track.

you must be pretty skinny if you weigh that much for your height! but i know what your talking about.. like your hipish area! i hate that too!! it's pretty big on me too.. i'm 155 and 5'6" and i just have bad love handles and hips and theighs and stuff.. i don't know how to lose that eiter!! ugh! it's driving me crazy
