You might want to slowly start adding a few minutes every week, or so, but its up to you. And also, just my two cents...I have read that doing the same workout all the time isnt as good as having a variety of workouts you alternate between. I think it just targets different muscles, and keeps your body from getting used to the same workout, or something like that. What you are doing is great, but I thought I would just pass some information on from what I have heard.
