Ht. 5'2, Wt. 158 - Hey guys I love reading success stories but I dont have one and it saddens me, I have been excercising for a MOnth now every morning and i havent been eating bad foods ive been eating rather healthy but i cant seem to lose weight I dont know wat to do but its really frustrating Im thinking of using slim fast but i dont know yet does anyone have any advice thanks :)!!

It has a lot of sugar in it, i think. Stick with healthy, balanced meals. Have you lost any at all? Even a couple of pounds? Every single pound is a small victory. Be patient.
Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/14/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx don't use slim fast... just keep eating well balanced meals. you can do some research online as to what your meal should consist of. lots of fruit and veggies. grains. protein. you need ot have meals!! none of that slim fast stuff. it has lots of sugar which turns to fat anyways.
