Okay I have done a no carb diet but added a lot of veggies, fruits, meats and water. If you do decide to go on this diet you need to put whole grains in the place of the carbs such as bread, and pasta.

actually mikayla and julie, the low carb diet is healthy. its not good to do a NO carb diet tho..you need fruits and veggies...a sample day would be like having some kind of eggs for breakfast, maybe a salad or half of sandwich for lunch on low carb bread. snack you can have some sharp cheese or string cheese. sugar free jello is also really good! and dinner meat and veggies or any other low carb items such as fish. i've lost a good amount of weight doing this diet. good luck and dont let any1 tell you "oh low carbs diets are bad for you!"

a few pounds, but no carb is really bad for you. Plus those diets are built so that if you do it you have to do it forever because once you stop you immediatly gain it all back.

i dont get the no carb diet...do you eat no fruits or vegetables, or breads, and just eat meat? Yeah, you'll lose weight, just because you are probably going to eat less, it doesnt mean your getting more healthy. I just went on an all icecream and pudding diet because i got my wisdom teeth pulled. I lost a pound, despite not exercising or eating anything remotely healthy. It doesnt mean i became healthier. Exactly the same thing applies to your no carb diet. Just eat a well-balanced diet, and exercise. Dont waste your time with fad diets.
