Ht. 5'3, Wt. 155 - i bought this really cool exercising dvd and im recommending it to you cuz its awesome. its called the Crunch Cardio Dance Blast with Marie Forleo. its so fun w/all the dance moves on it. you should try it. good luck

lol, i have crunch ab attack. its pretty good, too. It has cardio as well as ab work.
