Ht. 6'2, Wt. Sw:220 Cw:209 - I'm not really sure how but I've lost 11 pounds in the past week and a half. Is this healthy? I mean, I've been running a lot...like four miles a day plus the mile at practice and all the sprints and such that we've been doing, but weight is just falling off. Its cool cuz i've lost an entire pant size...but still, is this healthy?

as long as your getting enough calories the yes, its probably healthy. the bigger you are the faster you lose weight at first, especially if you didn't do much excercise or ate a TON of calories before. It will slow down after a few weeks. Just make sure your getting atlesast 1200-1500 calories a day and that your not hungry. Good Job though! It sounds like your doing awesome!
