yeah, what Isabella said AND talk to your mom. I'm sure she'll understand that your trying to get healthy and she'd probably be willing to buy healthier things for you. Go grocery shopping with her because im sure you can find tons of DELICIOUS low fat, low calorie stuff.

NEVER STARVE! eat! eat about 1500 calories a day consisting of 2 fruits and 2 veggies or so, some grain, some protein, calcium, and fiber! drink lots of water. breakfast every day to kick your metabolism up. no more than 60 min of exercise a day, and wait 48hr before doing ex that stress the same muscles. be happy. don't think about food after you're done eating. ENJOY LIFE!! GOOD LUCK! ps when looking at lables ake sure the fat is not mostly trans or saturated (bad for your heart) mostly polysaturated and monsaturated (the heart-friendly kind, like in olive oil) for ex. if the prouct has 6g of fat per serving, 0g of trans fat and 1.5 grams of saturated fat, than the rest is mostly the other two, so it's okay! also, don't buy stuff with a lotta salt. frozen dinners occasionaly! GOOD LUCK LOVE YOURSELF SUPPORT! :0)
