Ht. 5'2, Wt. not sure.. - ok im starting to count calories of what im eating. and so far its going pretty good. i need support to stay with this diet. i am eating 1200 calories oer day and exerciseing some. today im gonan start like 20 minutes on the trampolean or a walk around the neighborhood. so im doing pretty good. im proud of myself. so any feedback about what else i can do please send some ideas about exercises,thanks~

Great job, the trampoline is a great calorie burner! You should post your weight on here so we can help you with stuff thats better for you!

good job =). but if your hungry eating only 1200 calories, you can definetly add about 300 more, although 1200 is still pretty healthy.
