Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - ok so, so far today: breakfast- black berries and a kashi bar (about 280 calories) lunch- chicken, & lettuce in a wrap (250 calories) and a little bit of light chicken ceasar salad (90 calories).. so far for excercise i swam in my pool.. not long though, and also i did running backwards for 26 laps on the short side of the pool (which is 20 feet) then running foward another 26 laps. not much but better than nothing. i might run later. anyway my problem is im going to a mexican restaraunt for dinner tonight. does anybody have any suggestions on something healthy to eat there.
Reply from Deb, Age 18 - 07/16/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx fajitas sound good...but ask somebody if you can share... if you have nobody to share with you.. ask your waiter for a box BEFORE you start eating..and put part of it in there to take home. that way.. you wont over eat.. and you'll be cutting your portion!! it's so hard to eat healthy at mexican places. try to stay away from rich too.
Reply from Tammy, Age 16 - 07/16/06 - IP#: 66.191.4.xxx Im not sure, but those fajita things that like sizzle, i think they are good because they are mainly grilled veggies and chicken.. just stay with the grilled stuff, and veggies and you should be fine, dont over eat i always do
