Ht. 5'1, Wt. 157 - Hey Everyone!!
Ok i have this problem where like one day i''l be doing great u kno like excersising eating right and everything and i'll feel great and then the next day i completly BINGE!!! i eat anything and everything!!!!!!!! and then the next day i'll be back on track and then in like 3-4 days i'll binge again!! Any ideas how to stop this habbit?

maybe your "on track" days are too strict for you to follow consistently. Try making it so that you can have a small treat everyday, but its low enough in calories that it wont ruin your weight loss.
