Ht. 5'5 , Wt. 190?? - im the kind of person where if i really want something i GO for it i want to loose 70 pounds in 10 weeks if i go on a strict diet and LOTS of excersise is it possible????

Reply from Isabella, Age 13 - 07/17/06 - IP#: 68.46.182.xxx sorry tina. impossible. but hey! don't push yourself. start by adding exercize (no more than an hour) to your week, probably like 3-5 times a week do something fun like dance or swimming. eat balanced meals in normal portions seconds only of veggies and fruit, you can eat carbs of course but when buying bread try to stick to like rye, whole wheat, whole grain and but 2% milk or less. fast foods and sweets all fit in, but as a treat on the weekend and don't get super-sized get a kid's meal and maybe a candy bar or gum or if you're eating pizza eat one slice and some salad, better yet put veggies right on the pizza! don't obsess over your looks. i promise you'll see results in the first week or two. if you try to accept yourself and love yourself and be proud for wanting to be healthy then things will be some much easier. remember to enjoy life. you're only young once! much luck and love! -Isabella 3
