Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 165 - hey i need some help. i want to lose as much weight as possible...the healthy way of course...by the time school starts for me which is a bout 5 weeks away. i have a hard time sticking to diets and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on a good way i could do this. also if anone knows a good way to tone my stomach and my thighs more..theyre my more problem areas that would be great too. thanks!

Well, to strengthen ur stomache u should try V-ups they really tone ur muscles,.. oh and what i got was this book called "The diet for teenagers only" it is soooooo good.... it tells u the truth about foods and everything
