Ht. 5'7, Wt. 154 - Hey guys, i wish everyone a good weightloss for over the summer!! I was just thinking about it the other day, you know how when you want quick weight loss because you reach a platoue and no matter how much you exercise and how healthy you eat you eventually just get sick and tired of not being able to lose anymore weight that you resort to eating less. Like i think why alot of overweight teens (girls especially) tend to give up on a diet is because they aren't seeing the results that there hoping for at the end of the week and eventually give up on their diet and gain the weight they lost and some. Like say if you eat less than 1000 cals a day and you see the results that you are looking for, wouldn't that be worth it in some way?? When you get to your goal wieght that does not mean that to party hard and binge eat for days on end because yea you really will gain the weight plus back on in no time, but what if you were to just eat healthy and exercise, how could that be unhealthy?? Don't get me wrong i think eating healthy and exercising is the way to go, and thats what i do, but i hate working my but off for 7 days a week and only seeing a 1 pound, sometimes not any weight loss and i can't help but to fall of the wagon somedays and wonder what i'm doing wrong that i loss nothing for weeks. Too me if you work hard all week you should deserve to have a 5 pound weight loss, i mean if you eat all this healthy crap that you don't like everyday that you have to choke down and you aren't seeing the results that you want you kinda get frustrated and you wonder what the hell is going on.

you're making yourself healthy by eating that. even if you don't lose weight. you still have all this better food in you! don't give up
