Ht. 5"4", Wt. 167 - hey!my name is valerie!im new to this sight!well anyways i tried to lose weight but it didnt really happen!and now i feel really bad cuz i hate the way i look!and usually when i say im going to go on adiet a never do!im tired of being the fat gurl cuz i uswed to be the skinny cute gurl go about a year ago!i just reall need tips to motivate me so i try harder on lossing weight!im tired of being picked on!im tired of waking up every day hating the way i am!well neways someone give me some tips!i really need help!

hey man, don't worry. you just need to find the right workout. Honestly, i have a muscular body type and I prefer jogging anyway because it's a challenge. Good aerobic activities is the fastest way to lose weight and the smartest. Watch your eating but don't freak out about it. Exercise is more important because it strengthens your heart and body and build muscle which is a key element in order to lose calorie and weight. cycling running swimming and kickboxing. alternate on these and others in order to work out a larger range of muscles. You must do it for more than 20 minutes though because after 20 minutes you start burning fat. Also you must push yourself to an ideal heart rate which you can find on the internet. Good luck and hang in there. i hope i helped. Remember, if you do lose the weight you want, not only will you be healthy and happy, the feeling of accomplishment is amazing. Good luck
