Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 188 - Okay for breakfast today I had.... 1/2 a grapefruit, 3 strawberries, a handful of grapes, and peaches in a light syrup. Was that a good breakfast? How long should I exercise to work it off? Good Luck to everyone.!

Reply from Jessica, Age 15 - 07/20/06 - IP#: 68.109.21.xxx fruit can actually have a lot of fiber though, so yeah you did good! and you really don't need to work it off because it wasn't high in calories, so as long as you felt full and you didn't need to snack before lunch, good job!
Reply from Melissa, Age 18 - 07/20/06 - IP#: 64.122.99.xxx That's good, but I would suggest that you eat something like a piece of toast with peanut butter on it to give you protien and fiber which will help keep you full longer.
Reply from Sarah, Age 16 - 07/20/06 - IP#: 66.25.157.xxx you don't need to exercise to work it off. your body needs food to function. plus that is all fruit and it's gonna burn quickly by just living.
