Ht. 5-8-, Wt. 213.5 - im down 10 pounds i am very happy, the only thing is that i didnt exercise today and i binged... on healthy foods. the reason why i didnt work out today is because i did a 12 mile walk/ jog yesterday and my whole body is sore.. no excuses just i dotn wantt o risk it and i want to give my body some time to regain itself but im still feeling poorly aout the binge thoguh it was on cucumbers and i had 2 no fat ice pops 25 cals each.

WOW! 12 miles. That's awsome. Don't worry about not excersising today though, Your metabolism is probably still on fire from yesturday. :-D
