Ht. 5ft, Wt. 135 - Ok for lunch I had a veggie burger and 3/4 cup of low fat cottage cheese with triscuts with Crystal Light and for the first time probably ever I didn't have a mid-morning snack! I also went swimming for about 45 minutes in 6ft deep water so I was constantly moving.

You sound like you are eating balanced meals, but if you do happen to get hungry, reach for fruits, veggies, cereals bars, crackers w/ peanut butter, somehthing like that. Keep up the great work!
