Ht. ?5'8, Wt. ??? - yay i'm 13! my birthday was july 10th. today i got back from a 2 week long road trip to idaho for white water rafting and it was sooo fun. i tried to do the ducky (inflated kayake) as much as possible cus that besides hike's was the only real excercise. I dont think i lost any weight if i didn't gain because the road part of the trip was tons of sitting and no excercise but i'll see tomorrow. I really would like to lose 8-10 pounds by the start of school (august 21). if anyone has some tips that aren't obvious (like eat right, excercise, and drink tons of water- which I have been attempting for a long time) please email them to me at eornitz@sbcglobal.net . thanx

sorry, but the obvious ones are the one that are going to make a difference. You said you were attempting them...any success? If you could do that regularly, the weight should come off. im having success just by adding exercise, and not adjusting my eating.
