Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190 - hey guys~ i am 16 years old and i weigh like 190lbs..i just wanna lose a little bit of weight for back to school (25 lbs at the most).if anyone could give me advice on how to lose it,that would be awesOme =) thanx...write bacK!! (oh and another thing i should tell some people is that eating one meal a day WILL NOt Help you lose weight at all...when you are use to eating like 3-4 meals a day,and then you start eating like 1 meal a day,your body doesnt know what to do...so then it goes into starvation mode and it thinks u r starving yourself so you will start to produce more fat cells and maybe even gain weight...but if you lose weight by doing that,if you go back to eating like you normally did...u will gain weight double because now your body is consuming more than that 1 meal a day)

Well, i was about 168 and 5'4 and than just stopped eating 3 meals a day. Only one large one and than just ate some 100 calorie packs throughout the day. I also drank A TON of water and now im down to 150 in about a month or so. Try having small healthy snacks throughout the day and then pic one meal that your really going to have fully. be active and good luck.
