Ht. 5'10, Wt. 220 - i would like to lose sum weight just like evrey other teen can i get sum advice. by the way i live in a big city (NYc) do you know any good cardio excercises.

i used to live in NYC but now i live on long island..and all i can tell you is walk walk walk =]
