Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - ok so I rlly need to loose 40 pounds.. according to my doctor... so im starting today ... i didnt eat breakfast because i wasnt hungary.. but for lunch i had a bowl of macaroni, and a glass of V8 juice... and i ran for about 5 min... i was gonna run 4 a half hour but it started raining...so how is this so far today?...But the problem is its 2:00 pm and im starving.. i rlli want to eat but im gonna try not to.. if anyone has any tips for me that would be great... but i cant buy and video tapes or exercise machines because my parents wont let me. if anyone could help me in any way that would be perfect i really need some help.

eat ! but small portions better to eat healthy small and allot than starve and then eat junk food eventually
