Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160 - ok so today i had a bowl of macaroni and a glass of v8 juice for lunch... for dinner i drank a glass of milk and ate a tuna fish sandwich w/ baked beans for dinner.. (ik its weird but my mom made me eat the beans) I also had a glass of kool-aid and iced tea today... oh and my brother gave me like a handful of gummy bears.. i couldnt resist... so other than the gummy bears how am i doing... i also ran for 5 min. (it would have been longer but it started raining:( ... if any 1 could give me any advice or tell me how im doin 4 my first day that would be great.Thanx

It sounds like you're doing O.K. but a few thing you could do to increase your weightloss is a) no ice tea or koolaide (both are LOADED with sugar and have no nutritional content) try replacing it with water, low fat milk (1% or even skim) or fresh squeazed orange juice, better yet, whenever you want juice eat fruit instead because then you'll get all the vitamins and minerals that are in it. and B) macaroni isn't very healthy simply because it is high in carbohydrates and fat. carbohydrates are very good for your body but unless you're doing a lot of exercise (30+ mins a day) you should try to only have 5 servings a day of them.
