Ht. 5'2, Wt. 184 - Look i really need help with this. But it doesnt seem like anyone wants tah answer or comment my bulletins. why? I wiegh 184. as of yesterday. I refuse to get on the scale more then once a week. I have been eating like crazy, and i feel hungry all of the time. I need motivation. and i need it fast. also i have a girl the same age as me livin with me. and she is real skin and for some reason i eat more in front of her. and its not because she does bc she barely even eats. I want to join yoga but i dont know how to go about doing it. I wanna loose 10 lbs by the end of september. or maybe even the beginning. If its possible. But I need help. This week has been the worst week in a real long time. To top it off its the 12th aniversary of my dads death on the 25th. And i just dont know how i am going to do this. I really dont know. i never have time to myself anymore bc the girl thats livin with me is always in my room. on MY computer and i cant get away. I need a way out. I need help. badly. I feel like i could honestly ball my eyes out for hours... my life really sucks, and i wanna make a change. But i neeeed the help.

People who are a normal weight tend to be happer and of course healthier people. I do think that you would make your dad happy by doing this. If you do this it shows that you can do alot..like deal with the hardships that are going in with your family. I don't see why another, skinnier girl moving in would make you want to eat more..it would make me want to eat less because i would be self concious. All you have to do is keep telling yourself you can do it. portion out your meals. eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks (fruits and veggies). switch to all water. it can make a HUGE difference to when your drinking soda. start off excersizing 30 minutes a day. and add 10 minutes every week. the fact that the girl is always in your room and on your computer is..actually good! now you can get out and go excersize or like you said. get ajob! it helps pass time, raise money and help you get out and about. you can do this! for your dad..grandmother and especially yourself! good luck!!!

She was over weight and i take after her in everything. looks name blood, everything. Im addicted completely to soda. and we usually dont have any but we had a couple bbqs. the soda is almost gone but my bday bbq is 2 wks away. so more soda. i wanna do weight watchers so bad. but my mom cant. so i dont think i can if she wont. I think i need to get a job though. to get out. to have a life. I am just so freakin depressed and i dont know why. well i do. a major family fued. my dad. getting used to this girl bein heres gonna be hard. and i just got my period to top it off. what a week huh. but how do i not turn to food. i dont think there is anyone i can cureently turn to. unless i ruin there vacation. oh and my mom has tons of plants but yells if i touch them bc id prob kill them. i have a pool. and i mow lawns buut its been to hott. heat kills me. makes me not wanna do anything. sorry bout the length.

You need to be able to get up in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast then go for a 20 minute walk, clean your room, water you moms plants, or go for a swim. Eating then exercising will get your body going in the morning and give you energy all day!! Make sure your drinking plenty of water. Drink from the time you get up until the time you go to bed. Alot of times hunger is really thirst. Make sure your eating a lot a fruits and veggies. If your hungry a lot try eating 4-5 small meals a day insted of 3 bigger ones. That will keep you with food in you at all times. Make sure even if they are small they have good nutrition in them. Brush your teeth after meals so you will stop eating when you full. Insted of eating more around the girl could you chew sugar free gum insted?? Cut back or completly eleminate soda from your menue. Also remember Juice had a ton of calories and sugar so insted of drinking orange juice or apple juice go and get a real orange or apple. It will be more filling anyways. You can lose the weight and be healthy!! Just listen to your body and fuel it the right way. Also remember would your dad want you to eat and be unhealthy or would he want a healthy happy kid that runs around and has a great time!!!???
