Ht. 5'5, Wt. 183 G-160 - I lost 2 pounds.=)... I eat toast w/ I can't belive it's not butter ( It has no calories) every morning and sometimes 1 glass of milk and water the rest of the day. And for lunch and dinner I just try to eat nothing fatty but if it is i only eat a lil.

Reply from alice, Age 15 - 07/24/06 - IP#: 67.23.84.xxx try not to go too health nut cray or youll rebel and crave somthing nice and fatty.try eating healthy all week and then on a choosen week day eat a few selected sweets.Im 5" and are 90 pounds and have never had a weight problem. so take my advice for your own good
