Ht. 5"4?5, Wt. 220 - ok. this summers been so boring for me and alli do is eat! i stay on a diet for a couple of days and then i go off for a week repeat repeat it happens everytime and i hate it and i really need to stay on one! anyne have anytips please tell me..

Reply from Elizabeth, Age 13 - 07/23/06 - IP#: 70.230.175.xxx today I went to the movie's with my friend and i was sure i was going to probably get candy so before i went i had dinner and then kind of thought of what i'd eaten so far today and figured it would be healthier if i just got popcorn so that's what i did. basically, before you eat anything that has extra calories, fat, or sugar think do i need this? and can i afford it in my diet? it works for me every time and gets rid of cravings
