Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183 - The oatmeal that I am eating is perfectly fine, just to tell everyone ahead of time. And I know weightloss is more than counting calories, I'm just putting this all on here for like an online diary sort of thing. Anyways for breakfast I had oatmeal -260 cal. Lunch - turkey sandwich on wheat bread with mustard - 300 cal. 7 carrots - 20 cal. 1 glass 1% milk - 110 cal. Exercise - Hardcore tennis practice/drills 1 hour. Lots of sweat..icky. 30 minute bikeride. Appr. 4 miles. Hopefully it doesn't go downhill at dinner. :[ We will see. We're having spagetti/veggies..then cake because durr it's my birthday :]

Excellent! But try to inocporate more than just plain turkey, apples, and carrots! unusal fruits and veggies and great and good to shift your eating habbits. eat fish. try a starfruit. eat escarole. whatever! drink pomagranite juice! variety is totally awesome for weight loss. tea is also great! but good job still.
