Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 171lbs - Today: Breakfast: lowfat fiber muffin, water~~~SNack: yogurt with unsalted almonds, a little bit of dark chocolate (just letover, wont be eating again for a while)~~Exercise: 1hr of INTENSE PINGPONG!!!! walking around all day~~Lunch: 1 cup of whole wheat pasta mixed with half cup of spinach, smile slice of zuchinni bread (homemade, lowfat, with fresh veggies and salt free roasted peanuts), plum. I am going to eat mroe calcium later. How am I doing? PS I NEED MOTIVATION I WANT TO LOOSE ANOTHER @LBS BY SEPT AT LEAST SO THAT WHEN I GO BACK TO SCHOL I CAN SAY I LOST !%LBS!! ANY TIPS????

A few tips is: drink more water. and also, you may want to add a little bit more exercise into your routine, because you may get sweaty in pingpong, but it isn't the same as walking or running. And, walking around all day, personally I wouldn't count that as exercise, because you do it everyday.
