Ht. 5'0", Wt. 143 - dancing! I tried it today! I know it's odd for a guy to be dancing, because for the most part onlygirls dance, but if it works, i'll do it! I put in a movie ( la bamba) that has good music and i danced to it. i know i looked like a fool and all, but i was sweating and my heart was beating faster! Has anyone else tried this?

I've done that before..and guys can dance, you can do whatever you want! Also, i like to dance with weights in my hands, Its even more affective!
