Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - I'm trying the Special K diet. My friend did it and she lost 15 pounds..I know that's alot and unhealthy but she couldn't help it because her coach wanted all the girls to be skinny in time for their tryouts. Anyways, I heard it really works from other people. Though it says to eat the cereal with skim milk, I can't. I hate the taste, it's all watery..so would I lose the same amount of weight if I eat it with 1%? (not 15 lbs. like my friend but a jean size, what it says on the box)

The special K diet is actually good for you. If you acctually look it up your supost to eat fruit or veggies with the bowls of cereal. Then for snacks your supost to have fruit or veggies. Then your other meal of the day is supost to be healthy. You could do a diet like it with any low calorie thing it wouldn't have to be cereal. Not that I would sujest it. Just be healthy.

you want to lose 2-5 pounds in 2 and a half weeks? that is so doable!!! i would suggest that you dont do the special k diet. just eat healthy, balanced meals, and maybe increase some exercise, if you are already doing a lot, you may just want to increase the intensity. but im pretty sure the special k diet isnt really that healthy for you.

Oh and my goal by August 7th (weigh in date) I want to be 180-183
