Ht. 5' 7", Wt. 205lbs - I really don't look like I weigh 205lbs.. but I want to get down to 161lbs. For the passed four days I have been eating 3 times a day and drinking nothing but water and a little bit of milk. 2 bags of oatmeal in the morning with a coffee or milk, then for lunch either a wendy's chicken sandwhich with just lettuce or a SlimFast drink. For dinner, I would eat two leg quarters or a few reduced fat Cheezits.. I have been stuck at 205 -- whats the problem?
Reply from Mikayla, Age 15 - 07/27/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx Okay, I have a few things I found wrong with your plan: 1. Oatmeal is very high in carbs. Eat one bag only. 2. Fast food is bad. Don't look at just the numbers. Look up the ingredients. Fast food has high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated ingredients which are horrible for your health. 3. Slimfast is high in sugar. Nutritionists warn against it. 4.For dinner you are eating just cheezits? 5. Not enough calories. Eat 1200-1500. You dont have to go low carb or low fat, just eat everything in moderation. Get something from each food group. Eat REAL foods, not processed or fast food. You'll feel better and look better.

Coffee is really bad for you..and u still shouldnt be eating fast food its still bad for you even if they say it only has 250 caleries thats still alot...try eating Bread, an apple and a strawberry smothie for breakfast it may be alot but it fills you up with less calories! Good luck ps... it takes longer then a couple of days to see improvement it might take 2-4 weeks for you to see good results..hang in there!
Reply from Mandy, Age 14 - 07/27/06 - IP#: 71.221.35.xxx Fast food is not good for one thing. Even though it might have low calories..look at the ingredients of the chicken sandwich. Theres 810 mg of sedium in there. That's like more than a 1/3 of daily intake.
