Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - wow okay, so actually I went on the scale today and I think I gained to pounds. I don't know. I never really ate breakfast and lunch, and now that I'm eating 3 meals a day..is that why I gained it back? What's one way to lose it? Just keep doing what I'm doing?

lost weight exrsices
it bulid mussle
u might get heaver
but that would b all musle, like
me i do sports and work out and i only weigh ( now 139)
crunches work really well to, it builds stomich mussles

you should have eatan balanced meals from the start. this is why starvation diets do not work, not like you are on one or anything, but that is probably why you gained. but do not worry, keep doing what you are doing and you will be okay!
