Ht. 5'0", Wt. 142 - does anybody know how many calories you burn in a four mile run? because my pedometer is out of whack and doesn't work. thanks.
Reply from Lauren, Age 18 - 07/27/06 - IP#: 65.78.226.xxx You burn a lot more than 400. I walked 2 miles today on the treadmill, and it said I burned 211 calories. The faster I went, the more i was burning as well, so I'd say you are good to go. ;)
