Ht. 5'9, Wt. 216.6 - is it bad that i eat a 100 calorie pack (chips ahoy) every night about 8, or should i stop doing that. not sure, beleive me dont want to get any fatter. haha
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 07/28/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx if you could give it up, that would be great. 100 calories a day...700 calories a week...3500 cals in 5 weeks...and 3500 cals=1 pound. I know thats not a significant amount of weight, but it's the small changes are wat really are going to make a difference.

Because at night your body isn't burning as many calories as during the day. Plus, the hundred calorie packs don't really satisfy your hunger as much. Try eating something with more protein that will keep you fuller longer.
