Ht. 5'1", Wt. 139 - Hey i have a question. How many calories do you burn biking about 30 miles at about the speed of 18 mph?

Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 07/28/06 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx I went to caloriesperhour.com, and they didnt even go up to 18 mph. they only went up to 17. So i put in 17 mph for 30 miles, and it said you would burn 1,291 cals. were you really going 18 mph? that is really fast for a bike ride
