Ht. 5'9", Wt. ?? - i have been weighing myself everyday for the past 3 weeks. same time every day. my scale says i flop bettwen 170 and 190 in 3 days. and i feel light on the days im 170 before i even get on the scale. i am kind of woried. or am i just being paranoyed. should i go to a doctor?? thanks for the replys

Doctors say if you weigh yourself everyday, you won't lose weight. try once every 2 weeks or so. Or like Mikayla said, measure yourself.

Start measuring yourself in your bust, waist, hips, and thighs once every two weeks. It will make you feel sooooooo much better than what those numbers are. trust me. My weight hasnt gone down in 2 months (its gone up actually) and I am down 2 dress sizes since then.
