Ht. 5'9, Wt. 170 - Alright so from breakfast-lunch and snacks ive been eating fruit and only fruit, and for dinner a full course meal... And working out and burning about 1000 calories.. Good right?

If it has all the necessary servings of veggies, protein, grains, etc then right on, but otherwise no. And 1,000 seems excessive. dont work out TOO MUCH because it could be hard to continue. if its not hard to continue following then by all means continue.
