Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - im tired of it i quit i have no more energy nor motivation to eat healthy anymore i have come to enjoy the excersise but i cant handle the eating i just cant do it i eat way too many carbs i eat cereal then i eat a sandwich and then some rice at dinner its stupid im just finished i cant im done ive lost 10lbs i wanted to lose anouther 10 but i cant

You can't give up!! You can get down to 130 and still be eating junk every day. I know because I'm right around 130 and I will pig out on junk a lot. Then I'll have a week or so being really good then I'll pig out again for a few days. Then I"ll have weeks when I just eat about 50 calories of sweets a day. As long as you balance out the junk you will be fine and lose more weight.
