Ht. 5'4, Wt. 150 lbs. - Ok, my goal(hopefully by next spring)is to wear a bikini(the dreaded b word!!!) and not look flabby in it. It's really hard to eat right all the time because my love and hobby is baking. But other than my baked goods i'm pretty good at eating in moderation. What I really need to do is exercise more. I really want to join a gym but my parents won't let me because they don't see why i can't just walk/run around the neighborhood. I just don't have the motivation to do that in unpleasant weather conditions and I'd be embarrased seeing people I know. Please give me some tips everyone, i don't know what to do...

Bikini! Me too. Or at least a tanki. I'm in band and we go on a trip to disney world every year. We get to go swimming but i'm always too shy because i look so fat in my swim suit. Not to metion that i'm extremly heavy chested.
Neways, my excersice plan is with taebo. You can order tapes from taebo.com or visit wal mart. the Dollar General (If you live in Louisiana i think) has tapes for low prices. there old but they're the ones i'm going to use.
