Ht. 5'5, Wt. :( - hey yall! i am going on a VERY STRICT diet for the next two weeks because i am going to the doctor on the 18th and i have gained weight since my last visit (11 lbs since last year)i will be posting EVERY SINGLE LITTLE THING THAT I EAT!and i told all of my friends that if they see me eating anything unhealthy or fattening than to remind me of my diet. if i go on a negative calorie diet how much do you think i could lose in 2 weeks? (just wondering). i also play tennis 1 1/2 hours a day and from now on i will do 100 crunches. wish me luck and give me tips!!
Reply from charlotte, Age 15 - 07/31/06 - IP#: 71.112.32.xxx don't go on a negative cal diet cause u could lose faster just doing a healthy well balanced diet, because when u restrict to much ur body goes in starvation mode and holds on to cals, so u lose faster just going on a healthy restricted diet

Also keep yourself busy and you will forget about food. I also wouldn't sugest negitive calories. If you just eat healthy for the next 2 weeks your likly to drop 4 pounds and with exercise and strenght training even if it is just body weight you will gain lean muscle. Just be healthy!! YOu can do it!!
