I know this one!! I eat a smoothie for breakfast every morning. I make a BIG sommothie becuase well it's filling, yummy and low calorie. Anyways take 1 cup of FAT FREE strawberry(or what ever type yogurt you like) then add one banana and some strawberries or what ever fruits you want. Then take a big glass of ice cubes and blend it all together. Put it in the glass that was full of ice and eat it through a straw to prevent brain freeze!! Try it you will love it!!

w/e fruit u want (i usually use bananas, strawberries, peaches), some orange juice, and some soy milk

for a good smoothie take some low fat plain yogurt add about 2 scoops then take a cup of your fav fruit and some banana and you have a great smoothie
