Ht. 5'6, Wt. 210 - my weight goes up and down im starting this diet my friend trys but it requiers me to eat things that are soooo nasty and i dont think i can do it what should i do and if you have any good tricks please let me know

Dont eat food u hate!!!! if you go on a diet and eat food that u cant stand u have a higher chance of not sticking to that diet becuz u'll be soo miserable with the food u are eating

Well this weekened wasn't really good. I gained water weight, then lost it, then I think I gained more, but maybe it's more water weight. Anyways I'm back on track, tennis is starting up again this week, and school is in a little more than a month away. So today Breakfast: Cheerios with 1% milk, and a Danimals yogurt (lol, my mom says there high in calcium) - 270. Played extreme drill tennis for 1 hour, playing later tonight too. Walked around 1 mile.

just eat healthy and low cal 1300-1800 cals a day and exercie, it's the best way to lose weight
