Ht. 5'8.5, Wt. 185 - Well this weekened wasn't really good. I gained water weight, then lost it, then I think I gained more, but maybe it's more water weight. Anyways I'm back on track, tennis is starting up again this week, and school is in a little more than a month away. So today Breakfast: Cheerios with 1% milk, and a Danimals yogurt (lol, my mom says there high in calcium) - 270. Played extreme drill tennis for 1 hour, playing later tonight too. Walked around 1 mile.

It's just easier for me than trying to gulp in down as a snack later. Also, to answer yur question, it took me since later Feb. to loose 13lbs. It was slow and healthy, of course a had a few set backs but who cares? I can't wait to show off my jeans at the school dance!Keep up the good work.
